Assumptions. 22 working days × 8 hours. Search time = hours × hourly cost. Bounce loss = remaining SDR time × your bounce rate.

SDR cost. Defaults based on RepVue US median — $60k base, $87k OTE — multiplied by ~1.35 for fully loaded cost (salary, tax, benefits, tools, management).

Bounce benchmarks. Mailtrap and ZeroBounce put healthy cold-outreach bounce under 2%; 2–5% is warning; above 5% is critical.

Non-selling time. Salesforce State of Sales reports 72% of a rep's week goes to non-selling activities.

How do you verify emails?

We test every address with a live SMTP handshake before delivery — not just a database lookup. Addresses that return hard bounces are removed. Addresses on catch-all domains are flagged separately so you know which ones carry more risk. Final delivery lists only include addresses that pass.

What does a full list cost?

The pilot is free: 20 contacts, no payment details. Full batches start at 500 contacts — from $1.10 to $1.50 per contact, by volume.

Is this compliant with GDPR/PECR and CAN-SPAM?

We only use business contact data that is publicly available — company websites, LinkedIn, press releases.

If someone asks us to remove their data, we do it within 24 hours, no questions.

For sending, we expect clients to follow the rules that apply to them (CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR/PECR in the EU/UK). Every email you send should include an unsubscribe option — that part is on you, not on us. We deliver clean data; you deliver compliant outreach.
